materials) and is shipped and billed quarterly. The Spring
2005
quarter begins with Sunday, March 6, the Summer 2005
quarter begins with Sunday, June 5, the Fall 2005 quarter
begins with Sunday, September 4, and the Winter 2005/06 quarter begins
with Sunday, Dec. 4. Materials are shipped about a month
