Shipping and Delivery
•
Shipping charges are added to all billed orders.
On prepaid orders, add 15% of the total or a
minimum of $4.85.
•
Provide a street address, rather than a P.O. Box,
for FedEx service.
• Most in-stock items are delivered 7-10 business
days after receipt of your order. If you require
priority shipping, you must provide authorization
for the additional charges.
• Pflaum Gospel Weeklies are dated products and
your order will be entered for the next available
issue. Call customer service or your sales rep
for specific scheduling details.
Payments and Returns
• Payments are due 30 days from invoice date.
Include a copy of your invoice. All payments
should be made in U.S. dollars.
• Dated and reproducible items are non-returnable.
All other returns require prior authorization within
30 days of invoice date. Call customer service
at 1.800.543.4383.

Thank you for ordering the Pflaum Gospel Weeklies!
We strive to meet our customer needs and will
allow limited returns up to 10% of your total order.
If you need FEWER copies (up to 10% of your
order), you must call us for a return authorization
by November 1, 2024. No decreases may be made
after November 1, 2024.
Quarterly shipments: You have two options:
REFUND OPTION: For a refund, you must return
all materials (lessons, Catechism Handbooks) to
arrive in our warehouse no later than November 29,
2024, with a return authorization. You must use a
trackable method (UPS, FedEx).
FEE OPTION: You may choose to pay a $5 fee per
copy and then you do not have to return anything.
Annual delivery: Only unopened student packs
may be returned (up to 10% of your order). For a
refund, you must return unopened student packs
to arrive in our warehouse no later than November
29, 2024, with a return authorization. You must use
a trackable method (UPS, FedEx). There is no “fee
option” for annual delivery.
Digital Edition and Combos: There are no refunds or
returns on digital products.
All returns will be made at the customer’s expense.
