Jesus ate many meals with his friends.
When we eat, we ask Jesus to bless our food. We ask Jesus to bless us.
Bless us, O Lord,
and these thy gifts,
which we are about to receive from thy bounty,
through Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Repeat each line of the prayer so you can learn it by heart.
