• There are 32 lessons in the program each year. These are presented in four units (8 lessons each). Quarterly and annual delivery are available.
• Each lesson’s theme is drawn from that week’s Sunday Gospel.
• Lessons change each year according to the Liturgical Cycles of Mass
readings.
Teaching Guide
• Teaching Guides provide valuable background material for the catechist- teacher, pacing plans for parish and school settings, lesson extensions, and easy-to-follow lesson plans.
• One Teaching Guide comes FREE with an order of 10 or more student lessons. Teaching Guides are available in English and Spanish. Those purchasing Bilingual student lessons will receive Spanish Teaching Guides upon request. Both English and Spanish Teaching Guides are also available online for customers.
Parent Teacher Pages
• Easy-to-use guides walk parents through teaching each lesson with step- by-step instructions, background information, and discussion starters.
• Parents who are assisting their children at home will benefit from these simplified versions of the Teaching Guides.
• Available online in both English and Spanish.
What the Church Believes and Teaches Catechism Handbook
• One Catechism handbook is provided for each student. These are available in English and Bilingual editions.
• The concepts in the handbooks are integrated into each lesson to unpack and reinforce the doctrine presented.
Activity Book
• The Activity Book contains 32 reproducible activities, one for each lesson.
