Worcester, MA – Every year, Vincentians from across the country come together to participate in St. Vincent de Paul’s National Assembly, where a variety of speakers and workshops provide insight on topics that relate to the mission of the Society and share best practices.
For the first time in the history of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, the 2020 Assembly will be held virtually, due to the pandemic which still prevents travels and large meetings. But even virtually, there are a lot of great programs, workshops and a virtual tradeshow for everybody to experience during these 3 days — all are free.
Bayard Inc. stands behind the Society and its mission of meeting the community’s basic needs enabling human dignity and integrity through donations of clothing, food, and other necessities. We are proud to be a sponsor of the first virtual conference offered by the Society and to provide a special digital edition of Living with Christ for all the participants. This is the second year of collaboration with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
The eight-page booklet features the entire text of the Saturday Liturgy for the conference plus a congratulatory message from us, highlighting the generous and important work of the Society in serving the poor, the needy and the outcast of American society.
The 2020 Assembly marked another chapter of a beautiful collaboration between the Society of St. Vincent de Paul and Bayard, Inc.
